Based in Bishop's Stortford on the Hertfordshire and Essex border I offer one-to-one personal training sessions, group sessions and nutritional guidance designed around your individual goals and needs. Whether you are looking to reboot your exercise regime, lose a few pounds or gain some muscle I will be there to support and advise you along the way.
If you get a buzz from working out with others, in the great outdoors, I also run weekly classes for all fitness levels to enjoy in Bishop's Stortford.
