As a certified Personal Trainer based in and around Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire you will benefit from dedicated 1:1 sessions unique to your needs. This will leave you to focus on one thing, YOU.
Each session will be tailored to suit your goals and targets. The sessions can take place at home or in a local park.
We will have an initial consultation whereby we will discuss your goals and set realistic, achievable targets. I will then carry out analysis on your measurements, body fat percentage and weight and any relevant fitness tests which will be used to track your progress.
I will ensure you understand the benefits of everything you are doing in our sessions and that we perfect your form to maximise results and reduce the risk of injury.
Getting fit and healthy is not just about exercise. Making the right food choices are key. As an additional extra, to complement your training I can evaluate your diet and suggest small sustainable changes that will make a difference.
Exercising alone can be daunting - to get over this barrier and gain an extra source of motivation, I can offer the opportunity to have support from a friend or partner in a small group session.
