My interest in fitness, diet and health didn’t start until I moved to London and worked in Media.
I was warned of the famous "Media Stone" - upon joining the fun loving industry, I too fell a victim to the weight gain.
What started as a desire to lose this weight, rapidly developed into an interest about my wellbeing, and now a passion I want to share.
My outlook on diet and exercise has changed so much over the years, and without even thinking about it, exercise now features as part of my weekly routine both physically and mentally.
I feel more alert in my daily life, my relationships have improved as well as my general wellbeing. The weight loss and body shape change was just a bonus in the end.
It wasn’t long before people were coming to me asking for help and advice. They too wanted the changes I had applied to my own life.
This was what made me want to use my passion to help others.
I qualified with YMCA Fit to obtain a Diploma in Advanced Personal Training and I now have the following qualifications:
- Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instruction
- Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Personal Training
- Certified Hatton Boxing Instructor
- Certificate in Suspension Fitness
- Certificate in Exercise Nutrition
- Certificate in High Intensity Training
- Certificate in Padwork for PTs
- Level 2 Emergency First Aid
